At our Islamic Academy, we strive to provide high-quality educational services and products. Please review our policies carefully before enrolling in any course or placing an order.
📚 Course Enrollment & Payment
- All course enrollments and payments are processed securely through our designated payment gateway (Razorpay).
- Payment must be completed in full to confirm enrollment in any class, event, or service.
❌ Cancellation Policy (Courses & Services)
- Once a course or service is booked, cancellations are not eligible for automatic refunds.
- If the academy cancels a class, event, or service, a full refund or an alternative arrangement will be provided.
💸 Refund Policy (Courses & Services)

All payments made for courses, events, or services are non-refundable, except in the following cases:
- ✅ The academy cancels the course or service.
- ✅ A duplicate payment is made due to a technical error.
- No refunds will be provided for missed or unattended classes.
- If a class is disrupted due to technical issues on our end, we will make efforts to reschedule the session.
📦 Return Policy (Physical Products like Books)
We accept returns of physical products (such as books) under the following conditions:
- Return Window: Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- No Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
🔁 How to Initiate a Return:
- Email us at academysadaqat@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your Order ID, a brief reason for return, and a photo of the product.
- Once the return is approved, we will share the return shipping address and instructions.
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
📝 Exceptions & Discretionary Refunds
- In exceptional circumstances, refunds may be granted at the discretion of the academy's management.
- Requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment, along with valid proof of the issue.
