Cancellation & Refund Policy

At our Islamic academy, we strive to provide high-quality educational services. Please review our Cancellation & Refund Policy before enrolling in any course or service.
1. Course Enrollment & Payment
  • All course enrollments and payments are processed securely through our designated payment gateway (Razorpay).
  • Payments must be completed to confirm enrollment in any class, event, or service.
2. Cancellation Policy
  • Once a course or service is booked, cancellations will not be eligible for an automatic refund.
  • If the academy cancels a class, event, or service, a full refund or alternative arrangement will be provided.
3. Refund Policy
  • Non-Refundable Payments: All payments made for courses, events, or services are non-refundable, except in the following cases:
    ✅ The academy cancels the course or service.
    ✅ A duplicate payment is made due to a technical error.
  • No Refunds for Missed Classes: If a participant fails to attend a scheduled class, no refund or rescheduling will be offered.
  • Technical Issues: If a class is disrupted due to technical issues on our end, we will make efforts to reschedule the session.
4. Exceptions & Discretionary Refunds
  • In exceptional cases, refunds may be granted at the discretion of the academy's management.
  • Any refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the payment date with valid proof of issue.
