At our Islamic academy, we strive to provide high-quality educational services. Please review our Cancellation & Refund Policy before enrolling in any course or service.
1. Course Enrollment & Payment
All course enrollments and payments are processed securely through our designated payment gateway (Razorpay).
Payments must be completed to confirm enrollment in any class, event, or service.
2. Cancellation Policy
Once a course or service is booked, cancellations will not be eligible for an automatic refund.
If the academy cancels a class, event, or service, a full refund or alternative arrangement will be provided.
3. Refund Policy
Non-Refundable Payments: All payments made for courses, events, or services are non-refundable, except in the following cases:
✅ The academy cancels the course or service.
✅ A duplicate payment is made due to a technical error.No Refunds for Missed Classes: If a participant fails to attend a scheduled class, no refund or rescheduling will be offered.
Technical Issues: If a class is disrupted due to technical issues on our end, we will make efforts to reschedule the session.
4. Exceptions & Discretionary Refunds
In exceptional cases, refunds may be granted at the discretion of the academy's management.
Any refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the payment date with valid proof of issue.
